A legal-only ceremony is a simple and affordable way to get married. I offer legal only weddings from $465 on weekdays.
This includes the wedding couple, their two witnesses and myself.

- One meeting to discuss your wedding and to complete the Notice of Intended Form at my home in Buderim or FaceTime.
- Legal ceremony content provided.
- Arrive 5minutes prior and to arrange the signing of the 'No legal impediment Marriage' form prior to officiating your wedding.
- Complete and electronically registered your legal paperwork and provide your ceremonial marriage certificate.
- Officiating at Buderim with two witnesses.

It is a legal requirement to have two witnesses at your wedding.

Where can we have our legals only wedding in Buderim?
The choices are endless. Buderim at Foote Sanctuary is quite and secluded with plenty of parking and amenities. Wirreanda Park, short street is easily accessible. Buderim Village Park Green, Wises lookout, my home or your home within 5min drive.
What is the difference between an Elopement and a Legals only wedding?
​Elopement is personalised ceremony. Legal only wedding is legal requirement which includes the monitmum, manadatory vows and two witnesses to sign.
