Hi, I’m Fiona Clowes, although most people call me Fi, and my children simply call me Mum.

I’m an energetic, down to earth and approachable person with a love for life, the outdoors and making meaningful connections with people. I’m always up for an adventure, exploring new places and trying new things and I bring that same sense of fun, warmth and authenticity to every wedding ceremony I create.

Life is full, and I love it that way. I’m a mum, a wife to a Navy husband, a netball coach for my daughter’s team and a volunteer with the Pyjama Angel Foundation, while also working part-time. These experiences have taught me the importance of family, community and celebrating the moments that matter most.

I became a marriage celebrant in 2014 while on maternity leave. At the time, many of my friends were getting married, and I found myself completely inspired by the love, stories and excitement surrounding each couple’s special day. I decided to follow my passion, study to become a celebrant and create ceremonies that celebrate what makes every relationship unique.

Being a celebrant is more than a job to me, it is an absolute privilege.

I love getting to know my couples, hearing their stories and helping bring their personalities, values and love to life through a ceremony that feels truly theirs. Whether you’re planning a relaxed Sunshine Coast wedding, an intimate celebration or a simple ceremony with your closest people, I’ll be there to guide you every step of the way.
